Antonov (Antonov Aeronautical Scientific/Technical Complex), formerly the Antonov Design Bureau, is a Ukrainian state-owned aircraft company founded in 1946 and still in operation today.
Antonov notably specializes in the design and manufacturing of very large strategic airlift, cargo, and military aircraft. It is the company that produced the world's largest aircraft, the An-225 Mriya, in order to transport the Buran orbiter.
