Bell YFM-1 Airacuda.
The sleek, futuristic Bell YFM-1 Airacuda was a bomber destroyer aircraft; Bell's first airplane; and ironically; it's first major failure. The Airacuda was prone to engine problems right from the start; as well as crew emergency bail-out issues. Because of this, they were retired in 1942.
