The Commonwealth Aircraft Corporation (CAC) was an Australian aircraft and aero-engine manufacturer which operated from the mid 1930s. It was purchased by Boeing Australia in 2000.

History[]

The company was founded in 1936, in order to provide a means of establishing an independent aircraft manufacturing industry in Australia.
