The F-102 Delta Dagger was a U.S. built interceptor for air defense during the late 1950's, designed and built by Convair, with 1,000 examples produced. It is a member of the Century Series, and was the first supersonic delta wing interceptor for the U.S.A.F. Later, it was suceeded by the F-106 Delta Dart, an extreme redesign of the Dagger.
