Midway International Airport (MDW) is one of two airports serving Chicago, Illinois, the other being O'Hare International Airport. It is commonly referred to as "Chicago Midway".
It has five runways and a single terminal with 43 gates. It is primarily used by Southwest Airlines. It was the main airport serving Chicago until O'Hare opened.
